F1 - Gran Premio de Europa “The street circuit of the 21st century”
The Valencia Street Circuit is framed by the Grao area and more specifically will pass through the inner docks of the port, the port and the old bed of the Turia River. The track is 5.5 km long and 14 metres wide. The highly resistant asphalt will have no manhole covers.
The start straight and the pits are located in port stall no. 4. The Pit Lane is parallel to the track and its return occurs 680 metres after the finishing line. The circuit continues around the dock in a clockwise direction and then crosses the Foredek Paseo de las Palmeras before arriving at North Marina, where it crosses the dock access canal via a swing bridge and arrives at the South Marina. The route will then pass along the edge of the quay, until it reaches Astilleros port where it edges around the old bed of the Turia River and heads towards Avenida de Francia. Finally it crosses Avenida Ingeniero Manuel Soto and enters the home straight within the port area.
